Individual and shared, well-maintained large paddocks. Paddocks have auto-filled water troughs that are cleaned and maintained, and manure is managed for all paddocks (except for DIY Yard or Paddock options)

Owner Responsible for: Feeding, Rugging, Health Monitoring, Medication, farrier & vet coordination. This option does not include active management.

To secure your agistment position for Oak Tree View agistment, a two-week advance payment is required once your booking has been approved. You can choose to pay by card through our secure system or request an invoice for direct payment. Please note that no payment will be processed until your application for agistment has been confirmed and approved by Oak Tree View. Additionally, deposits are non-refundable once a position is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise. This applies to all types of horse agistment, including paddock-based horse agistment, racehorse spelling, broodmare agistment and rehabilitation paddocks.
Oak Tree View is a shared environment built on respect, safety, and good horsemanship, making it an ideal place for broodmare agistment in WA. To help keep our property safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that all agistees and visitors follow the guidelines below:
• Safety First
Always wear an approved helmet and suitable boots when riding or handling horses.
• Biosecurity Matters
Please disclose any signs of illness in horses and follow all worming and faecal egg count (FEC) protocols, which are crucial for maintaining the health of our paddock based horse agistment.
• Gates & Fences
Leave gates as you find them and report any damage or safety concerns immediately.
• Facility Use
Use arenas, round yards, and other shared spaces courteously. Lights are for emergency or essential use only.
• Cleanliness & Care
Clean up all manure, hay, and tie areas after use. Keep shared spaces tidy for the next person, especially in our council approved horse agistment in WA.
• Children
Children must always be supervised and under control while on the property.
• Dogs
Dogs are not to access Oak Tree View without written approval from management.
• Parking & Access
Use designated parking areas, and please drive slowly at all times.
• Courtesy & Cooperation
Be respectful, considerate, and follow directions from Oak Tree View staff when given.
Together, we can maintain a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for horses and their people, including those in need of racehorse spelling in Western Australia or horse agistment in South West WA.
Accounts are due on receipt of invoice for services related Oak Tree View. If payment remains outstanding after 21 days, Oak Tree View may suspend services and issue a formal Notice to Collect & Pay. In cases where the account remains unpaid within 60 days of that notice, Oak Tree View reserves the right to rehome or sell the horse to recover outstanding amounts. Reasonable costs, including ongoing care, advertising, sale, transport, and administration, may be deducted from the sale proceeds. Any remaining balance will be held for the registered owner. If sale proceeds do not cover the outstanding balance, the shortfall remains the owner’s liability. This applies to all services, including paddock agistment, rehabilitation and short-term agistment. This clause does not limit any rights available to Oak Tree View under applicable law, including those related to Horse Welfare Guidelines, Western Australia.
